Burlington, N.C. – 2D Consulting, LLC celebrates its ninth birthday in 2019, a commemoration that takes place on the fourth of May. The company’s founder and president, Trip Durham, is thrilled to mark the occasion with colleagues, friends, and family.

“It is amazing the opportunities 2D has been a part of over the years,” Durham said in reflection. “The collaborations and the chance to work with so many great people have been a reward that I could not have imagined when 2D launched in 2010.”

It was on May 4, 2010 that Durham received an email from the North Carolina Secretary of State’s office notifying him that the name “2D Consulting, LLC” had been approved for use. While there were many stops ‘n starts during the first two years of operation, Durham (who is also the author of this article) is appreciative of the trust and confidence that others in this sports life have placed in him and the company.

“The business is an extension of me,” continued Durham. “We are all aware of how personal brand is a cornerstone of our lives and I firmly believe that developing a positive association between two people is the key to a healthy and long-lasting partnership.”

From external relations assessments, to project management, to handling all of 2D’s physical plant, IT needs, and billing, Durham revels in the idea that he never lives the same day twice. “Bermuda Shorts Wednesdays in the office is an awesome benefit. So is wearing a sport coat, walking with an AD on a tour of campus, ready to help the athletic department become the best it can be in the hearts of its constituents.”
